Im going to start on a positive note.
After a full year of game 
good job the game is far better compare to the start. The quality of life and expedition ,mutation was a big improvement.
Now the down Side ,PVP is complete trash.
we have no real reason to Do open pvp,pushing a territory is boring and a Time gate to delay content. ( Look on your forum theyre plenty of Idea to give more life to the open world , look on my profil i event made one)
Opr 1year+ no New map, no improvement of cover or landmap change. A war of 50 vs 50 is smaller compare to a opr map the Community as being begging for something and no annoncement Except hey you gonna be able to Enjoy the pain with other server now…
War were to exclusive you made few change im open to Them we Will See the result soon but i really think a war game mode should have Been add, territory could have Been the ranked version and the game mode the Casual one where Comp can challenge Each other .
i understand most player are pve and you want to focus on Them but in the end since you offert nothing other than a hardcore trash pvp option it only natural they dont want to enter that area of the game.
If you want to improve pvp but it the upper management that block you …im sure the pvp playerbase would be down to start a kick starter to pre-paid a pvp DLC pack
