Describe the issue you are experiencing: Rogue perk works perfectly with target dummies. However it don’t work with pvp. Specifically gravity well and insatiable gravity well. With target dummies as long your gravitywell pops behind the enemy it will apply rogue same as insatiable gravity well. However in pvp, this is not the case it is always showing the same numbers.

Were you able to recover from the issue: No, still existing after multiple testing. Spent unrefundable gold to buy the axe expecting it to work as intended and stated with the perk.
