I logged into my account after rollback and discovered my mining level had been reverted from 175 (achieved today before rollback) to level 162. Not only have I lost the progression and items (probably around 5-10k iron ore + gems), but my own hard work to get this achievement. How are you going to rectify this?

Of course I know what a rollback is… My query is what are they going to do about it. So far all I have seen is… nothing. Having a player play a game for x time with the possibility of a wipe is not acceptable. Noone plays a game with the expectation that what they do will mean they have to do it again…

it was so amazingly common knowledge that a rollback was coming and people chose to continue crafting and progressing, now they are suffering the consequences of their own actions
They won’t do anything, what do you want them to do? A rollback means they can not prove what you have done during that time, so companies do not usually do that if they have any other options… or you want them just to start giving out gold and boost trade skill levels base on people’s words? lmao, just be an adult and think about it then move on
I get your point. Don’t really want them to touch the game. Since 1 fix = multiple bugs.
Out of game compensation like amazon prime gift wouldn’t go amiss though. Not gonna happen, just saying.
