Describe the issue you are experiencing: I was leveling when suddenly my game disconnected. When I logged back, in the character selection menu, my character was 4 levels back and I was (and stil Am) not able to connect. I will upload 2 pictures, one from a friend of mine who printed when I reached level 38, and one from myself on login screen, showing that I was level 34 followed by a login error.
