Rolled back 4 levels and I can’t connect after that

I can’t connect and rolled back 4 levels. More infos below…

• What is your character name in New World: Fifi Brands
• What server/world did you experience your issue on: Naraka
• Describe the issue you are experiencing: I was leveling when suddenly my game disconnected. When I logged back, in the character selection menu, my character was 4 levels back and I was (and stil Am) not able to connect. I will upload 2 pictures, one from a friend of mine who printed when I reached level 38, and one from myself on login screen, showing that I was level 34 followed by a login error.
• Is this a bug or an exploit: Bug
• (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: Hours of leveling spent, and I can’t connect again.
• (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: No, I’m not.

• What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: Just try to log in.

the first part is a visual bug, it will update after the next time you enter the game. Attempt to verify your files through steam… manage > local > verify. see if that is the issue, either that or it could be a windows firewall problem

I think it’s not a problem with windows firewall or game files, cause I’m able to play with other characters… few hours ago my friends told me that my character was frozen where I’ve disconnected, so idk…
