Also the projectile speed on firestaff is faster compared to the bow, which i think balances the issue of bow root.

Yeah, FS have more projectile speed and less project drop. Considering that it doesnât have to ADS, itâs debatable if itâs vital to have the opportunity to sprint cancel after attack just like the bow was intended to have.
But I would support this idea. Maybe I wouldnât agree if it was implemented on the BB - letâs be honest, the only way to be alive against a Bunderbluss on close distance is to kill it or run away. The weapon already have the best distance-closer skill in the game with the Hook, if itâs able to shoot you and outrun you, becomes too Op.

IMO the 1 second not being able to sprint after fire should be removed from all ranged weapons.
Please stop calling this the ârootâ though. Those were two separate issues. The ârootâ that effected bow was that you could not dodge or move after firing a shot. That is the root. (fixed on PTR last I checked.) The slow is what happens to all range weapons.

Donât you use a rapier though? :l itâs definitely not effecting people who use those as much.
Was the war in PTR? They nerfed shrapnel dmg and altered blast shot.
Yea sorry a 8% dmg réduction and 0.5sec nerf on bomb is not enough, people are still getting oneshot in light or medium gear lol

WellâŠif youâre in light then youâre in light. And Iâve been watching matches for hours now and havenât seen someone get one shot with it yet unless they had like 50-100 con.
For medium, no they arenât. But theyâre taking massive damage because theyâre build for physical defense and most of the BB dmg is elemental.
One change that I dont like is I cant go right from pen to poison shot. There is a delay before it can happen. I will have to get use to it. Right now I pen shot and end up hip firing after lol. Im use to fast play and my timing is all sorts of messed up right now.
Im getting a bug after shooting a couple shots, that i stay Aimed but no shots, even if i click 5 times, nothing. I have to run then re-aim and shoot. Bow is super bugged rn

yep lots of bugs. Choice is either switch to GA/WH because they still wreck while getting tickled or just quit the game.
