RTT problem (stutter) PLS Fix this

I’m having a very ridiculous RTT problem.
There is no problem with my internet.
I made all the necessary settings.
everything is up to date.
RTT 80-85 that I bought in a normal empty place
but RTT 80-150 in OPR,WAR,City
RTT spikes, causing stutter
I’m having a hard time playing the game because it’s almost always stuttering.

i searched for this problem and i saw that there are a lot of people having the same problem as me and this problem has been around for 2-3 months
What are you waiting for to solve this, AGS?
according to my research the problem occurred with the Summer update

there is still no update, no announcement on this problem. AGS really bad company

Ambusti Superior RTT sucks

I get RTT peaks there of 150-300, micro cuts, stuttering, freezing, lags

they cant fix because they dont know why this happens either
