One huge oversight with Runeglass is that virtually all of the options seem to be geared toward increasing damage output at the expense of defense. This is all well and good for damage dealers, but what about the sizable number of support and defensive players?
Right now, Healers pretty much use no Runeglass at all. They are just as durable as they were in the last patch, but enemies are much, much deadlier. They are getting hosed in OPR.
Support players likewise have no real options. There is perhaps the Energizing Runeglass, but this was significantly nerfed from the PTR.
Suggestions:
- Outgoing healing
- Reduce basic attack damage
- Reflect melee damage
- Buff Energizing to 2/8 (again)
- Buff Siphoning to STEAL mana (should be applied to weapon perk as well)
