Runeglass of leeching carnilian when placed in a weapon socket does not count as a taunt gem. My tank weapon is unusable until fixed because Im not gonna replace that.
I made a bug report about this issue. The gem worked in a regular 3 perk sword, but did not work in the named Timekeeper’s Hand. I would check to see if other swords work for you in the meantime.
