Runic stopwatch?

To have a 598-600 chance on armoring i would need 3 major trophies , if ( like my case ) I only have 3 basic trophies, I’m not sure you can craft 598-600

if they made it BOE it woulda actually been a good idea, bringing refiners a source of income and a good gold sink to the rich, that irem woulda made so much class mobility in NW, but nooo … and its not such a big idea.

i am sure the devs/community managers/anyone who had a direct line to dev doesnt play the game 100%.

You can. That’s why you can only make 1 per day. It’s also why it’s BoP.

The only real bad part about it (IMO) is the forced Con stat.

You telling me without any major trophies I can craft 598-600 ? I’ll go test it

Constitution only is a problem, too.

I’ll do it for you tonight I don’t mind using the mats and I’ll make sure no trophies are up.

It’s a similar concept to the 600GS recipes from medley fair.

Those recipes are guaranteed 600, you pick the stat, and 2 forced perks (based on what armor tier). 3rd perk is random, so still dice rolls. Still, good entry gear for people, especially PvE.

Oh I didn’t realize that. I guess they are worth it to someone not maxed out in armoring and wants con.

Oh…uhh, dummy me, RUNESTONE not RUNIC.

hmmm, I rolled a light set, got one healer perk, one hatchet perk and the rest generic defence perks. Not sure they are worth it. If I could force the third perk, even from a limited pool of PVE perks, it would be THE most valuable reward ever. I already have warded armor sets with a mixture of two perk and three perk pieces for all PVE enemies, so it would be to roll a better piece than my current two perkers.

I’ve made two runic stopwatches so I will give them a spin to see what I get.

They’re incredibly valuable to use on things that have incredibly expensive ir rare craft mods.

All of the pvp perk craft mods are BoP, and you just dont get that many. Doubling your chances of a 3 perk legendary in that scenario is totally worth it.

Tested, sadly I was mistaken.

It’s simply +3min/+3max on your GS rolls, with forced Con.

The Medley Faire 600GS patterns are a better way to roll away your mats.

Or, just buy what you want and sell your refined materials, that tends to be the best method, or so I’ve found.

I have something like 800k shards, so it’s a way to use them.
500 shards is a lot at start but after a little while you don’t even know what to do with them.
Also 1 gypsum gives 400 shards @ 625

So a runestone stopwatch is basically a « temporary » major trophy that give you +3 imin GS on your craft with CON ? Feels it’s underwhelming for the price of it. Obsidian void stone cost around 50g -70g / each so it’s cost around 2.5 to 3.5k to craft ONE runestone stopwatch. Do we have other utility for runestone at the moment ?

I dont even bother with it.

Crafted only one since it exists.

This is all we can craft with Runestop so I guess I’ll sell them

going from 595-600 to 598-600 is a decent statistic based chance improvement at getting a 600GS roll. With crafted items getting that 600 drop is more important than getting named drops cause you cant force the third perk on something that doesnt roll 600. There is use for it. But more to maybe sure up a set build that is further along.

I would be okay if it was BoE so someone in my company could craft me weapon ( hell’o weapon smith pants) but you need 3 major trophies for runestop to be useful. Make it BoE and I agree with you , either way just an other mechanic for the rich to get richer and the poor to waste rss

that would be broken…

crafting is allready so easy with this

use shirking fortification or a weapon perk, resilient is probably 7/10 times the second perk and after that i bet refreshing or smth useful else

since ward is almost gone…

it is fine as it is… dont make the game even more easy

what i really just dont like is the CON forced there

I have crafted 4 runic stop watches. each roll came out 598. i stopped making them.
