Has anyone had any luck with this dropping? If so, could you point me in the right direction? Currently farming the thunderking tigers in EB for it.

Apparently the drops come from various monsters, but I have tried a lot and nothing:

I had farmed key silver elites for at least 15 hours at this point, wolves, boars etc. and nothing and many people have done the same. We know it is in game, we only need it to drop as it should be dropping, with a decent rate.

I got one in a drop yesterday and my playing partner got one today up in EG farming a boss at Grasping Summit. (I think that’s the name, close anyway.)
