The ‘sacred’ (ring) craft mod is called ‘Sliver of Consecrated Iron’
THE PROBLEM:
This craft mod ONLY drops within the ‘Starstone’ dungeon and from ‘Ezra’ at the Amrine Temple. In theory, you have a chance to get it from ‘Jewelcrafter crates’ as well.
It has a (as observed by players) 1/2700 chance of dropping from mobs
This results in the Sacred craft mod costing anywhere between 8-12k per piece, and theres rarely 10 on the market at any given time.
.
A ‘MUST HAVE’ HEALER PERK:
Its often considered ‘mandatory’ for all healers because its the ONLY perk that increases healing on jewelry. Thus healers are required to get ‘sacred’ somehow in order to be competitive, and if they want ANY form of bis, they need to roll ‘hearty’ or ‘refreshing’ and pray they get ‘sacred’ with it. But even then, Sacred only has a 4% chance to roll on your ring… and will be dropping to a 1% chance after next patch. Pair in the fact that in this 1% chance to roll Sacred, you need to get it as a legendary as well? That’s just way too much RNG, and too expensive to force.
.
WAY TOO EXPENSIVE/RARE:
Bis healer rings cost upwards of 1-2million gold.
This is not in any way shape or form sustainable nor healthy for the game.
My request (could be considered for other rare mods too):
- Make the Sacred craft mod drop more frequently or-
- Let us combine other craftmods to create it (like how we can for the Iron Guardsmen attribute mod), or-
- Let us buy it from the Faction Shop like the ‘chunk of consecrated iron’ mod.
Thank you and Happy 4th of July!
