Sagacious Hat Won't Redye!

• What server/world did you experience your issue on: Valhalla on US East

• Describe the issue you are experiencing: I have a 625 Sagacious Hat that won’t redye to a different color and will not let you remove the current dye. When attempting to submit the changes, it reverts back like the dye was never applied.

• Is this a bug or an exploit: Bug

• (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: I spent money for tokens for a store dye (Sharp Silver) I can’t even apply on my hat right now…

• (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: Nope, I’ve tried verifying game files, restarting, putting on a different hat, changing skins - nothing has fixed it.

• What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: 1. Have already dyed 625 Sagacious Hat. 2. Apply any dye and press submit. 3. Be sad as it continues to refuse to work.

Aren’t the “team” looking here too? why so many steps, just let the devs connect with the players, . just let the devs read these forums.
if the game is working, we dont need to talk “about the game with the community”, just give us working game + road map, nothing else, no one ever asked for anything else. the whole transparency stuff only started cuz we report issues for months and they reoccur. constantly.

we dont want to talk/investigate/playtest for you/etc, we just want to play the game, read the text on screen, press the button and expected results happen. if it says dye, color should change. period. if it says “press N to open score board” thats what should happen, if it says “50% of your damage is converted to elemental” thats the number i want to see…
