The title says it all. I have looted dozens and dozens of chests only to get 4 salt. Nutmeg, forget it.

use luck food for gathering and go gather herbs, that’s easy, nutmeg e.g.
Find a map where you can see what area has what herbs to collect
SALT - needs a much higher droprate or another option to get it, like a bit of salt for picking stones or maybe from collecting saltwater. I mean it is SALT, devs. Where do you get your salt?

I actually have a lot of nutmeg from originally leveling up in harvesting in First Light, but salt is insanely hard to come by considering how many things it is in. Yeast is also annoying. There should be a way to make it, even if it is an arcana item.
