Salvage from storage shed doesn't give you fragments

• Describe the issue you are experiencing: When I salvage items from storage shed, game doesn’t give me new rewards that gives you when you move item to inventory and salvage from inventory.

• (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: To get my rewards I need to move from storage shed to inventory and then scrap the item.

• What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: Salvage items from storage shed and you wont receive any fragment.
