The quest, when you reach the zone, makes you lag every tick of a second. The framerate freezes.
Relogging doesn’t fix this

So that’s what it was. When the arenas update was released and I started doing pvp quests in Great Cleave, I thought the area between both asset locations was unoptimised and it caused insane stutters every second or two. At first I thought it was because it was so crowded, because other times I didn’t get them, but it was the first time ever playing the game since release that I got this crazy stuttering.
Maybe it is because of this quest afterall, and the times I didn’t get the stuttering is because I didn’t have that particular quest.
