Scale skills based on weapon basic stats

Makes no sense a full STR build having the same results on Ice Gauntlet skills (for example).
The skills duration, power, range, etc, should be scaled on the weapon basic Stats.
So let´s say you have 5 Inteligence, your Ice Shower will last 0,5 seconds… and grow according how much points you have on INT…
Right now on OPR, 90% of people using Ice Gauntlet as secondary… cuz no matter what, they will have the same result with the skills…
WH/IG, GA/IG, Rapier/IG, Fire/IG, Musket/IG… well… actually every build that benefits from the enemie being imobilized for 5 seconds are using it… It´s very annoying…

Hi Freire, thanks for your input on scaling skills differently. I’ll make sure the Dev team gets a chance to see your suggestion here, they really like to see player feedback on things like this.

I like this idea, or have attributes unlock/improve duration of the CC abilities.
