As for someone who bought this skin due to how it looked when worn at the time it was released(see photo), I am extremely disappointed when they changed its appearance after a few days or maybe weeks. I am glad for those who wanted the version we have now, but it doesn’t seem right for us who prefer the other version. We don’t get to enjoy what we paid for, and it’s a good example of a fraudulent sale in our country.
There was deception involved in the sale due to false representation in-game. Changing it without giving us an option to choose which version we want to keep is similar to scamming us. I hope that the admins or anyone who is in charge could help us with this issue.
This may seem small at the moment, but letting this act slide shouldn’t be an option, especially for a big company like amazon. Please offer a refund or an option to revert the appearance back to its older version.
New world did scam, by definition. I’ve heard a lot of players upset about this as well. I would be too if I had bought a skin that I like and was later on changed. It’s discouraging a lot of players us players from purchasing skins again in the future. Very poor move by the game.
I’m really sorry about the situation you’re facing, I know that when you got the skin was different, sadly in this case there’s nothing we can do since this was a general change placed for all the players at the game, I know that the new skin might not like everyone like in your case however this is a cosmetic change that happens all the time in almost every game.
