When i salvage it - nothing happens and its just dissapear(like i salvaged weapon).

Also ran into this issue. Salvaged “Schematic: Jade Apothecary Cabinet,” but could not make Jade Apothecary Cabinet.
After I found “Schematic: Jade Apothecary Cabinet” from a supply stockpile in the Imperial Palace, I salvaged the schematic. However, the icon that says I learned the Jade Apothecary Cabinet did not appear. I then checked the workshop, but I could not find Jade Apothecary Cabinet to make it. This occurred on 11/19.
Update 11/19/21 9:18pm PST: Same issue happened with “Carved Teak Stool”
It seems that the issue happens with any schematic that are found exclusively at Ebonscale Reach. I haven’t had problems so far with more common schematics like “oak bedside table” and “picnic table”. However any schematics from Ebonscale Reach, I’d recommend keeping in storage and NOT salvaging until a fix is confirmed.
I think this is a new issue. From what I understand, it’s possible that new recipes aren’t being learned properly. I’ve added to the bug megathread here.
