Steps to reproduce the issue:
After starting the quest for the first time, crafting recipe has spawned in inventory as intended. I haven’t completed all the gathering steps for the quest and crafted the mixture right after obtaining quest item ingredients, in hope it’d progress the quest automatically. It didn’t, so I’ve completed all the gatherings, and the next quest stage requires me to craft the mixture itself, but as it already has been crafted, I don’t have a recipe for it no more and can’t proceed the quest.
I’ve tried resetting the quest, but the crafting recipe no longer spawns in inventory, leaving the quest impossible to proceed. Here’s what I noticed: right after resetting the quest, the objective is to “Talk to Ghazi Laghmani”. However, right after closing the journal it switches to the next quest stage, with gathering steps. The mentioned recipe should be given after this dialogue, so most likely that’s what causing the bug.
