I scrapped a quest reward item which has some unique characteristics by mistake
I asked to the Customer Care if it was possible to recover the item, the answer was something like “since it’s your mistake we will not recover anything”.
So i have two suggestions: First of all Amazon Gaming should take enormous care in being perfect with communications, technical things and so on, because since you can’t help your customers if they make mistakes you should not expect any comprehension when you make mistakes, let’s say misscomunications or bugs and so on.
Second, you should flag unique items with greater care, expecially if they cannot be recovered or crafted again.
Really, really poor implementation of a system in 2021, you are not opening a new path in gaming but walking in well paved roads. Since you copied many, many systems from other games, you should try to take good things too.
