Describe the issue you are experiencing: Sea dreams quest still bugged, going to the Area where it should tell you to kill 3 enemies and search a chest where it does not, so i can’t complete it

What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: Literally just by accepting the quest and going to the area
I am also experiencing the same issue with the Sea Dreams quest. I accepted the quest from Billiam in Cutlass Keys and traveled to the Ships location (Nizam’s Foresight) and located the chest and when opened, the Astrolabe was not there, leaving the quest unsolvable.
