I am curiuos behind the logic of applying a seal to a piece of faction gear raises it’s level requirement? I want to wear light armor and spec into STR, so why do I have to wait an extra 5 levels because I used a seal on my gear?

Honestly didn’t realize this happened. I’ve always used is on the max gear which is lvl 60 regardless. So you are saying for instance if it is a lvl 30 piece, if you change it to foc/con instead of str/con it becomes lvl 35 now?
Wonder if that’s a bug because can’t imagine that’s intended. It defaults to strength? I believe so weird that to play any other attribute you need a higher level.
