Hi,
I have claimed lots of armor/weapons (level 60 BoP) items by opening the chests from Season Pass (level 23 now). I wish to delete this character and start over. Will I be able to claim the items on my other character on the same server?
I don’t believe you will be able to claim the items again.

Thank you so much for reaching out for this request. Unfortunately as JakeL states, It won’t be possible to claim the in-game goods to one character to another. Nevertheless, I found your feedback important so please feel free to add it with the in-game option.
