I am also experiencing this as well. Got to level 100 and claimed all the rewards en masse. The pass states that I received the chest but I do not recall opening it up when I was opening everything up.
I do see that the Title for the 100 track for free and paid is on my account, so that went through. I do not believe I got any chests though. I confirmed that I do not have the housing items from the paid track. I did get the extra gear storage slot as well.
The two skins that I got from the season pass are called Scarlet Wing items and Silver Wing Items. I don’t see anything that says ‘The Cardinal’
I also do not see the skin in any of my apparel selections. I have tried logging to main menu and to desktop. Also verified files and nothing is showing up.
