I made a suggestion to have “personalities” and get them passed to the team, even for monetization.
the concept is basically that base level animations like idle animations state, walk, crawl, and so on could potentially be swapped out with different “personality” based alternatives. This could even include voice overs with simple phrases like a thief that plays with knives and says something like " i love a good knife" or a jester that juggles balls and giggles or tells a joke" you can opt /emote types with personalities that players pay to unlock with it either as a bundle or separate.

I believe ESO has something like this, and it works out great.
Since it’s just a visual thing it can be implemented for $ and it will also serve the purpose to bring in $ for the game… which should be welcomed by the devs.
A side note, I’ve seen a lot of female players complain how the female body type is moving unrealistic and is sharing the same “casual” animations as the male body type which does make no sense… something like this could be used to completely mitigate that issue for the players that dislike it.
