So I have two characters… My main character is on Celadon. My second is or should I was supposedly in El Dorado. I never use that character anymore since day one and I got fed up with the queue time.
Fast forward to todays date, I was in charter selection and I was surprised that my El Dorado character is now at Diranda. HOOOOWWW?!

I apologies for this inconvenience, to further investigate this issue, can you please provide the name of the character affected?
Also, since you haven’t used this character since day one, in case that effectively your character was in El Dorado, do you want it back there or is it ok if it stays in Diranda?

My second character’s name is LE7ELS.
I really dont care which one, Im just curious how it happened since I didnt use it since day one.
Sure thing, I will raise a TT to the Devs team to get some clarification about this incident and to know what happened!!

I got information about this inquiry.
According to your account and actions, the Devs team informed you transferred the character by yourself, on Dec 15, 2021 @ 03:42:20.184 (UTC-5), you used the Server Transfer Free Token to transfer your character from El Dorado to Diranda.
