Same problem -

I was running it with another person from my company. It worked for him, but not for me.

IF ANYONE KNOWS THE WORKAROUND PLEASE ADVISE

Secrets best left unshared is not unlocking. All known prerequisits are completed, I also have lvl 20 Void Gauntlet. I was running with a company member, we both finished the previous quest at the same time. He got the next quest and I didn’t.
I cannot complete this questline for the laz key (or the 580 void gauntlet)

Turned in “Seek and Hide”, unable to start quest “Secrets best left unshared”. Players with sub-20 void gauntlet weapon level in my group were able to start the quest. Those in the group that had 20 could not. Please fix.

Still bugged after latest update 2021/12/09. Can’t you guys just unlock the Void Gauntlet quest line without prerequisite quests?!

Been 20 days, Luxendra… can we get some update on this situation? I checked again today after the patch, and still no quest marker.

A friend could complete the quest since they were sub lvl 20, and somehow latest patch unlocked Grasping at Shadows for them;

I, however, still don’t have access to follow ups of " Seek and Hide ";

Its been almost a month of this quest being bugged for some players. Other players are getting to enjoy their VG builds and have fun while some us are fucked due to AGS shitty coding. What is the hold up? Do you have any answers or have you just given up on this issue?

We just have to stop replying to this thread for a month, then the problem is solved…

Same issue, was on the secrets best left unshared quest, spoke to roland, didn’t get the follow up, now can’t complete the quest line for the free lazarus tuning orb. Nice one AGS.

Upon completion of ‘Sek and Hide’, the subsequent quest ‘Secrets Best Left Unshared’ does not become available.

Both ‘The Original Guardian’ quest for Lazarus Instrumentality and ‘Grasping Shadows’ for the 580 void gauntlet are inaccessible. More importantly, it also impedes progression with friends : S

Was recovery possible?:

No. A short re-log and a full closure with long re-log did not resolve it. As I could not abandon current 580 weapon quests, determining if having these quests in my journal caused the issue was not possible.

Not applicable by the nature of it being not present.

Reproduction steps:

Unknown. The individual I was completing the previous quest with, ‘Seek and Hide’, had no issue acquiring the quest in question.

This is a fairly low priority issue but I would like to be able to complete it at some point in the next month. : )

I now a quest marker at the position. Seems to be fixed. :smiley:
But haven’t checked out the location an quest giver yet. :wink:

Can confirm it’s fixed. Free Laz orbs and 580 gauntlets to everyone!
