Selling expedition shards is an issue right now

So… that’s it, I got kicked out of an M10 group at the last minute, without my consent, because the team leader wanted to sell the shards.
AGS, do you plan to do something about that?
Should I only play with people I know, from now on?

AGS has said there isn’t anything wrong with selling shards. There isn’t anything they can do about you getting kicked from a party last minute. Just unfortunate

Nope just means the group you were in are jackholes, just some bad luck.

Outside of that, shard selling as confirmed by devs is 100% fair game. They’ve made it clear they’re not going to do anything about it since it’s fair game. So just play with people you know or play with people you’ve grown used to havin online.

Technically what they said was “carries are not against the ToS.” I define carry as a weaker person is actually carried through the dungeon, not brought in for the last 1% of the last boss. I dont really care though. It doesnt effect my game play at all.

Don’t put this trash system on MMOs. I’ve personally never played another MMO where people were kicking people out at the end of a dungeon to sell the slot and the devs were okay with that.

World of Warcraft players been doing this for years. People did it in Everquest too.

If i am not wrong they never said that boosting is something “fair” and they like it. They only said, that currently its not against TOS and they not gonna ban people for that, but anytime in future they may modiffy the game to do not allow it. Nobody knows, doors are not closed.

You need to report them, thats all.

Selling stuff from expeditions (dungeons) are normal for MMOs

My question was actually rhetorical. I was not seriously expecting someone to answer “yes”, since it’s an MMO.
