Game just crashed, only server in US East any issues?

I’m sorry your game crashed while playing.
Upon checking the server is under regular maintenance status as of now so we need to wait for sometime and then it will go live again.
You can check the live status from this website below -
https://www.newworld.com/en-us/support/server-status
Once the server is live you can relog in.

There’s no scheduled maintenance posted anywhere and there was no banner in game stating there was a maintenance.
Are you going based off the status page or did someone tell you it was under maintenance? If so, did they happen to mention a timeframe or when a post would be up explaining this regular maintenance? Usually AGS gives us plenty of warning so we don’t waste dungeon keys, so I’d be surprised if this was regular maintenance.

I understand your concern that it was not notified and happened suddenly.
i have forward the details to the Dev team to check exactly what caused it if any information I will share the same.
Instances like this are rare but do happen when there is an issue to be addressed as soon as possible. I will forward your feedback to the team and make sure going forward it will be communicated in a proper way.
