Just updating this post to say it’s STILL a problem 24hrs after it first appeared.

Also still having issue. Verified integrity of game files. Nothing came up.
I believe its legitimately a server error 
I’m not sure when or why it started though, it randomly appeared overnight.
The ONLY thing different is that we put Farmers Resolve in WW since all the other buffs were active already.
Do not worry probably they will fix it after a new skin come out and u guys buy it, btw to the so so developers the house refresh time are also frozen to 00:00:00, maybe everybody will need to sent their log files so they will take this mater serious and understand that is their side problem!
Print screen took just now, do not mind the FPS too low, happened after the summer update to most of the players that owns 10 series graphic card, there is also a thread about this issue with many players complaining about fps dropping and game freezing, but if u guys can not even fix the server error just imagine fix the in game optimization…

Hey there, just wanted to update you but its been 2 days and this problem is still persisting
We have people in the server getting frustrated with us since we are territory owners of one of the biggest towns (WW) and all our buffs are going down and we can’t put any up. A lot of people don’t realize this is out of our control.
I can’t remember when taxes were last paid, but if we can’t access the Governor’s desk by the time taxes come around, we risk our town being forcibly downgraded against our control
I was hoping we could try a quick server restart sometime?

We only have 2 townbuffs up in WW now… soon to be 1 by the end of the night. I hope they fix this soon, it hurts so many players
Most likely just need server restart and it would fix itself
Oh no! We’ve got eyes on this right now to see what’s going on and how this can be resolved.

It came out of nowhere in the middle of the night several days ago with nothing to trigger it

Gotcha, thats so weird though considering nothing happened out of the ordinary to trigger it
My only guess is that we put up ‘Farmers Harvest’ and we’ve never done that before so maybe its something with that townbuff? Not sure
Thanks for the update though, i just hope we dont get hit by the tax downgrades
It is fixed as of this morning.
It looks like it fixed (probably around the same time the servers changed mutations)
