Hello guys thank you all for all the reports you have shared with me I wan to post and update from one of our comunity managers:
this is the same post thats been repeated like 3 times now but theres still some of us who have been bugged for well over 24 hours at this point with no support.

Got rolled Back more then 5 Hours. alot of quest Progress lost. Transfer from Heliopolis to Olympus / Charname: Unknowntactics.
I have been good for about a hour now, but ill still on a wrong server, and with none of my friends or company. And I will probably be left here for the foreseeable future which sucks. Id rather of just been allowed back to my original server till they get this fixed. Hopefully a fix is found asap to get transfers back up and no issues
My server transferred still hasnt been fixed and I reported it last night

Is anyone still getting this bug or is it safe to play the game without probably getting a rollback on progress?
It’s ok for me now. The bug is fixed.
i am waiting for a Official statement.once they say it works i will log in again. im not gonna play again for 7 hours just to get rolled back. and please restore the things that got lost in those hours!

i am playing on Hellheim and i didn’t change my server but i’m getting this error. it’s kick me out in 1-5 seconds when i login.
I had this error after the transfer but lately i was able to play up to five hours in the last twenty four hours without any problem.

Had the same issue 2 days ago and it persisted for approx. 12 hours. Afterwards, the game was working fine, but all fast travel and inn locations were gone. Now the error repeats after every log-in.
your character state literally wasn’t saved so there is no way to give you anything that was lost during that time as the data literally wasn’t stored
I never transferred servers, been playing on the same one since day one

Thank you for your patience and understanding
I appreciate the transparency your community developers are providing, but at the same time I am starting to grief as I feel I have two options with the game.
Start over and catch up to my friends (not particular interested in this option for obvious reasons).
Stop logging in until you have the service ready as we wanted to experience the content together (more likely to happen).
I hope your working your ass off as we love the game - Don´t let us down as we don´t wanna go back to Blizzard
