My server transferred still hasnt been fixed and I reported it last night
also still bugged please send help
Is anyone still getting this bug or is it safe to play the game without probably getting a rollback on progress?
It’s ok for me now. The bug is fixed.
i am waiting for a Official statement.once they say it works i will log in again. im not gonna play again for 7 hours just to get rolled back. and please restore the things that got lost in those hours!

i am playing on Hellheim and i didn’t change my server but i’m getting this error. it’s kick me out in 1-5 seconds when i login.
I had this error after the transfer but lately i was able to play up to five hours in the last twenty four hours without any problem.

Had the same issue 2 days ago and it persisted for approx. 12 hours. Afterwards, the game was working fine, but all fast travel and inn locations were gone. Now the error repeats after every log-in.
your character state literally wasn’t saved so there is no way to give you anything that was lost during that time as the data literally wasn’t stored
I never transferred servers, been playing on the same one since day one

I appreciate the transparency your community developers are providing, but at the same time I am starting to grief as I feel I have two options with the game.

Start over and catch up to my friends (not particular interested in this option for obvious reasons).

Stop logging in until you have the service ready as we wanted to experience the content together (more likely to happen).
I hope your working your ass off as we love the game - Don´t let us down as we don´t wanna go back to Blizzard

So its been 6 days of waiting now and still no help from the New World team
When am i going to be able to play on my server again?
I have never transferred servers but every time i join i keep getting character_persist_failure

I honestly think at this rate, i may as well give up on New World and go back to another MMO, if i’m not even able to log into the game, its not a connection issue, ive redownloaded the game multiple times and i can join other server but i do not wish to start from scratch

I’m also getting this error. I transfered over a week ago and have had no issues until now. Now whenever I try to log in I get the error “failed to persist character” and I’m logged out. So I am now unable to play the game, after having played my character for 318 hours.
