Server having heavy lag... please fix

• What is your character name in New World: SomeGoblin

• What server/world did you experience your issue on:Pluto

• Describe the issue you are experiencing: Pluto is experiencing some heavy server lag, its been doing so for a few days and today was the worse with it crashing several times including during a invasion that was completely devastated on a large amount of problems.

• Is this a bug or an exploit: No Idea. I would say neither since the game isnt at fault here but servers.

• (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: Entire Server crashing and lagging so almost everything.

• (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: No

• What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: N/A
  Extra issues caused by the crash during invasion: Repair parts all disappeared, about 8 people were gone from the roster, players werent no longer teamed but went back to their status(PVP,Neutral), Chat was disabled for about 10 minutes.
  Please fix this issue.

Hi all, At 2022-02-08T20:45:00Z (UTC), we disabled the Corrupted Love Pack skins and the new Angels and Demons skins in the store to investigate a bug where the skins were causing a server crash. We are currently investigating the issue and are working on a fix. Players who purchased these skins before they were removed should be able to still use them.
