Hi.
With the server merger , unfortunately I lost my character .
In principle I moved from the Muspelheim server to the Tir Na Nog server.
Reboot everything. PC and networking equipment if its under your control.
I had this issue last month. It turned out to be a networking problem.
This did not help.

Their characters arent gone, its a corrupt file in appdata. There are other threads about this, i had the issue as well but deleted the file (it’s the one that holds your game settings) and fixed it.
Somehow that file got corrupted just after the pre-patch for the mergers.

I think you’re right. This is likely part of that app data issue some players have experienced. I know our team is looking at what happened there, but so far everyone has been able to recover their character, as you mentioned.
@kattila12 did Kingzero’s suggestion of deleting the AGS app data work for you? If you haven’t deleted the app data yet, can you grab a copy of the AGS app data file and send that to Customer Support? It would help with our investigation and repro/validation.
You don’t need to reinstall the game. Just delete thosae 2 files. That worked for me.
