Since there will be server merges, a mate and I had a talk if and how fair the merge is.
We know that the companies do get a compensation if they lose a town during a merge but players who have a house don’t. So what “we” would suggest is making it possible for a short time to make it possible to give up a house and get the money for it back.
This would only apply during a merge and should only be possible to do one time.
I feel like an easier way is to refund your gold for houses on a merge and then let you spend it on purchasing that house again, or go somewhere else.
Adding on to this, it’d be nice to refund your territory standing perks so you can redo them based on the outlook of the territories in the merged server.
