hello i purchased a server swap coupon (to move from NA to EU cause of the lack of population) and it moved me to the wrong server
i chose EU central and it just moved me to a server in eu central without even asking me which server id like to move to so now im stuck in a server that isnt even english, honestly im not gonna purchase another one i feel like this isnt a problem on my side cause the ticket legit asked me to select region then poof didnt even ask which server

I’m sorry to hear you transfer request did went as expected.
I will suggest you to contact AGS customer support, if your transfer request went wrong it need to be escalated. Please refer this post on your web ticket and explain in high detail what happen.
