Server tranfer gone from the EU shop?

Hi.
Got hyped when server tranfer came to EU and was cordinateing tranfer with friends on my server + 3 diffrent servers besides mine, so we all could get back to one. Classic wow splitted us with Queue and so did New world on release, there for it made me happy.
I could see the option in the shop yesterday, and was going to make up my mind to day and switch.
Now the catagory is there, when i click the catagory in left side. its just empty nothing to claim.
And cant find anything about it on the forums??

Whats the plan here delvs?

Sorry it took us so long to response your concern, at that time there was an ongoing issue with server transfers, the team in charge had to stop and closed the option to transfer characters until that issue was fix, you can check the notice here:

That was the reason behind you not been able to see the token on the store, by now you should be able to transfer your character with normality, but if you are still having issues please let us know, thanks for the patience.
