Server transfer = 30 days = economy dies

You guys see nowadays problem in everything. Sell your stuff on your server, wear it or salvage it. Cross server trading shouldnt even be a thing.

You guys cant speculate anymore and the economy will die? Lmfao

30 days? best thing that they could do! this will fix the issues on the server. No more server cross transfer! You need to farm on your own server. Its well done but to late

so your saying that before it was PAY TO WIN eh? pay for a transfer to get a ‘bis’ item and pay to transfer back.

Lmao, basically. Pay to get BiS, pay to farm on dead server, etc…

All I’m saying is that this is changing the economy majorly for those that sell truly BiS items for the current market price. It’s a good change for the general player - it’s a bad change for sweaty players since there’s now less options of people to sell your BiS gear too, thus most likely impacting the price and gold you get for those items.

I would LOVE to see trade houses become regional-based instead of server-based to help support the economy in general too, but again, this is an observation based on how easy it was to sell BiS items for a good price before this.

And honestly i’m not trying to cause arguments haha, I love talking about New World and changes and how it’ll impact the game, so I truly appreciate everyone’s comments about this stuff and having a chat about it - this is why I love the forums!

Plus…they always give something to chat about lmao

I had to read this OP twice to ensure that this is a real post…

I firmly approve the change, In fact I’d like it to be 6 weeks, you can log a support ticket if there is a technical issue with your move.

Economies are garbo and would benefit from stabalizing mechanics.

If the economy and/or playerbase can’t sustain normal op, then yup merge.

The only people that are super concerned seem to be people that were using in ways that wasn’t intended…for personal gain. The economies will stabilize…especially once they aren’t artificially manipulated by server-hoppers.

They already have solution against the 30 days cooldown!

Some people use mules which are asking 50K to do the item transfer.
Those mule are buying Xfer tokens with steam account by having them set in a country with cheap currency…so at the end they pay 1$ for a xfer token

50K NW > 1$ xfer token

They have ton’s of accounts ready !

GGWP AGS ! CONGRATZ !

@Kay , altho I know you guy’s don’t really care !

That will be good for the economy then, nice. There is a reason why no AAA MMO let you exploit server xfer like that.

I mean it’s been part of the game since launch, so it’s been part of the economy style. It’ll just be an adjustment since it’s a big change regardless of how you look at it

wut

My thoughts.

Depends on how you’ve been playing I guess, hopefully in-server economy enhances!

Economy dies - KEKW

All i hear here is just some rando crying about either his RMT or the fact that he was hot swapping servers to buy cheap on low pop servers and sell expensive on the high pop servers. In both cases all i have to say is “FFS FINALLY! - THANK YOU AGS”

I haven’t transferred once thank you very much! XD

The game was not build to allow cross world trading. People have been cheating timers and using alts to go to other worlds to hawk their stuff. Everything AGS does seems to encourage RMT and off world trading. Why do all these people xfer to EU servers then back…because they go and scout out cheap stuff and buy it and then take it to high pop servers to make gold or cash.

AGS is clueless.

ummm no… i mean… when the bots die the economy will take a huge hit given well population NOT mining = bad outcomes… as lets face it… we shake our fists at thost damn RMT bots but we have no problem buying those ore prices cheaply off the TP …

As for BIS transfers… we must be playing a different game to one another.
