Server Transfer Help!

Hi all,
I used my server token to transfer and move to a server my group of friends was stuck on during the massive waiting times. That server has now since died and is reporting 300 people a week at max. There are no portal groups, expedition groups, or level 60s running anything. My group has transferred to the another server and i am now stuck alone on a dead server. I’m really asking for help on forum but nobody answer it, authorized or unauthorized. I’m pretty much sacrificing my 250 hours. They are transfer to a mid-high pop server so they can enjoy the game. Please help me out. I will die of loneliness and have to delete the game.Who wants 250 hours of their time wasted?

my issue has been going on a week now, been escalated at least 3 times, been asked for the exact same log files at least 3 times and so far still no closer to a fix that the time i posted the ticket

Well this isnt a bug or exploit or something a developer had to “fix”. It was your own decision going on that server without proper research.

Only things you could do is wait for a server merge (which could take weeks or months) or make a new char on a more populated server.

I am guessing that the fact you are on this forum is that you know how to read. when you transfer servers everything stays the same. houses you own and in the same location, gear and items, level, and faction all stay the same and are unaffected by transferring. hence the issue as I at no point chose to change faction I just transferred and soon after noticed I was on a different one with all progress reset. the only way that SHOULD happen is if I CHOSE to change after the transfer was complete and if that was the case then yes by changing the rank would be reset.
