how can i buy server transfer token. I used but this server already dead i cant find any group for anything.

Hope your day is well, transferring again will require an additional token. Our team will continue monitoring world populations, queue times, and will evaluate the need for an additional wave of server transfer tokens to be given out for free. After we are sure players have had plenty of time to find the right server for them, we will later make server transfer tokens available for purchase in the store. We will give notice ahead of time when tokens are changing to a paid service. For updates on transfer tokens you can go here, News | New World

There are a lot of players stuck on servers that used their tokens before the groups they moved to join moved on again as the server died.
You are going to lose these players (I am one of them) as I don’t want to play by myself on a dead server.
I’d strongly encourage you to move on this as quickly as possible as there are a LOT of stranded players.

Just like he said. We need the option to transfer or we will lose more players.
BTW - the german support isn’t even sure that there will be paid transfers. But your message sound like - there definetly will be paid transfers one day - whats right now? @Lazer

Many thanks for the reply. The link you shared is from October 17 - there is nothing in the recent updates in relation to server transfers or further tokens.
I’ve stopped playing until I can move server, I imagine many others have done the same and to be honest the longer time goes on the less likely I’ll be to pick it up again.
I appreciate this isn’t your fault, but it’s a problem that is impacting a lot of people.

Alot of people having the same problem.
On our server there is no more then 100 players left on peak.
I am really thinking about to quit and uninstall cause after all I play an MMO.
doesnt MMO means Massively multiplayer online ??
How hard can it be to add a free server transfer token?
I would even pay for it at this point. I just dont see any point on playing anymore like this.

Here is an update that was done from the Dev team: After transfers have been unblocked and our investigations into these cases are complete, we are looking to provide a second round of server transfers. Imagine having to wait months to play the game again. I have an actual 350 man company zerging on my low pop server. Anybody who opposes them is blacklisted or shunned. Take a single fort? Okay, 20 man army incoming.
That has to be a joke? Theres 72 players on the server im on at the moment and thats a peak number. Where are the server merges at least ? Im stuck not being able to progress so just not even playing. I dont want to wait a month or so.
I truly appreciate the hard work you guys put in. I was lucky enough to use my Transfer token after doing a lot of research and spending time on the “new” server before transferring with my 2nd character slot, but we unfortunately have dozens of company members and players who are stuck on dying servers.
I don’t think it was possible for the players to make an informed decision in the early stages of “World Transfer” and there are tons of players stuck in dying worlds.
Please find a way to enable Purchasable tokens at the least. We don’t even need a “Free token”. This way you can have your revenue and you can reignite some of your player base.

Hello, I don’t play this game anymore. You don’t do anything to players using bugs and plugins, it’s PVP, but there’s no fairness. Every battle has bugs and plugins, invincible. Games are dying, and players are leaving the new world. I am disappointed that the guild of hundreds of players has no one to play, bug world, there is no competitive spirit.
