I’d like to know what makes a server locked for a transfer. In other words, what makes a server ineligible for us to transfer to it.
Additionally, I’d like to know when a server is ineligible to transfer to - does this become unlocked at some point?
I’m trying to avoid a hasty transfer to a server due to it’s population/queue time - want to make sure this is calculated.
