A lot of people have the same issue (some for a couple months now). There’s no fix as of now and many people have tickets submitted and I’d advise you to do the same to increase the magnitude of the issues in the developer’s eyes and hopefully increase the priority that way.

So is there a way to talk to an actual human about this problem? It seems like its been going on for months and nobody has resolved this issue.
