Server Transfers Bugged!

  • What server/world did you experience your issue on: Orofena

  • Describe the issue you are experiencing: I’m unable to transfer to another server. At first, it was saying I was in a company still. I was not in a company. The only way I was able to fix this part, was by changing factions. I changed my faction and it said I had a 3 day cooldown (this was yesterday, after the changes). Today I log in, and it’s 28 days. My timer is going up when it should be going down. I HAVE HAD THIS CHARACTER ON OROFENA SINCE NOVEMBER 2022!!!

  • Is this a bug? (If this is an exploit, please follow the steps here: BUG. Try to transfer servers, days go up when should go down.

  • (if a bug) How did the issue affect your gameplay: I’m now unable to rejoin my company, and unable to transfer to the server where I had companies waiting for me. This is a massive issue.

    This all occured after the 30 day cooldown update. Fix it.

maybe all accounts have a cooldown after the patch i haven´t switches since after patch but that would be a reason

They said if you are on a 3 day cool down, prior to the patch, it will be increased to 30 days (minus whatever days you already went through).

I was not on any cooldown, again. I’ve been on the server, have not left the server since Nov 2022.

No I’ve had other company members able to xfer today/yesterday.

Join the party. They messed up all transfers and won’t fix it

I’ve been waiting on my fix for 9 days. Was gonna transfer to Maramma and got hit with that error message, a couple days later the CD pops up im pretty much done trying to contact support about it bc how long its been since I opened my ticket which is Ticket #V820644896. It’s gotten to the point they just stopped replying back to my messages. i’m clearly not the only person facing problems so I do not not understand how a fix for this hasnt been expedited.
