Server Transfers Cancelled?!

Can any of the CM’s shed some light on this and confirm whether its true or not? as if it is im going to say you’re going to cause a s*** storm…
Are they still going ahead?
and are they going to be Enabled once the fix is done?

As our devs posted in the Official Website, they will continue monitoring world populations, queue times, and will evaluate the need for an additional wave of server transfer tokens to be given out for free. After we are sure players have had plenty of time to find the right server for them, we will later make server transfer tokens available for purchase in the store. Greetings Adventurers, Since transfers began we have identified a small number of characters who after moving servers are in an invalid data state that prevents their character from properly saving. We’ve corrected the characters in this condition as of this morning. Some players among this small set transferred gold or items while their character was affected. So can I get confirmation. Me and my friends weren’t able to transfer in the window they were open and we want off of this hell hole fusang, are we going to get our free one back or are we going to have to pay for it? I’d rather know now so i can just reroll and bite the bullet of time already played instead of sitting in limbo losing motivation to play, @Raftel

I would ignore the customer service guys and only listen to the community managers.

The last offical update state that it is only paused due to bus and problems. once they have figured a fix, they will be back up.
