Hello, can you please tell me when my server, Midian in US West will be merged? You had server merges last week and for some reason you left out our now-low population world and it really sucks having a people of under 200 players. When are we scheduled to be merged again because this game is becoming more and more undesirable to play.

I can understand your concern about the missed server merges.
As of now there is no update from the team on upcoming merges. Our team is dedicatedly working to make sure no server is left out with low population.

Well, thank you for that and for answering so promptly. However can you or anyone for that matter tell me why our server was missed? There has to be some internal schedule or at least tentative plans to merge servers and I dont think asking for an exact date would be polite but cant you tell me if our server is going to be included in the next round of merges?
You disable server transfers too so it’s extremely frustrating that we have no option to enhance our experience in your game. It’s equally as frustrating looking for reasons to log in daily to play.
I have been talking to the people we play with daily in Global Chat this morning and we all feel the same way. We needed a merge last week and our patience is running real thin.
Why can you not just tell us the interm plan? We dont need specifics, just some form of communication on how you’re trying / going to fix these issues for the small group of loyal players that are left.
I have over 1700 hours in NW and have enjoyed about the last 1600 of those very much. I fell head over heels in love with the game but I just don’t want to play at this point and that is sad. I don’t expect you to help with that but I just wanted to relay to you how upset people are right now .

As mentioned, there is no update from the team in regards to when will be the next merges happening, names of the servers that will be merged.
