Good day,
Anyone else experiencing this issue where you login and only see that its trying to load the character screen but it wont load any toons or even the servers.
If so how did you fix it? Please help.
If you are having the same issue as the one above the fix is the following. This is from Amazon support which worked!
Go to the drive path below
\Users\yourname\AppData\Roaming\AGS\New World\savedata
DELETE the savedate folder
