Oh, in 3-6 months, there will definitely need to be server merges. This is a niche mmo which requires a lot of grinding, crafting, and heavily pvp focused with pve. Not that it is a bad thing as I quite enjoy the game and love that it is a different kind of mmo, but I am sure there are plenty of people who also are coming from WoW, FFXIV, SWTOR, etc. and if you check like the WoW forums, sooo many people keep crying about “grinding” in current WoW (which WoW is far from any grindfest they once were in vanilla, bc and MoP), not flying right at max level, wanting everything handed to them for doing little to no work and having it be top tier gear. This game won’t be for them and they will leave in a short period of time.
So that is why I think the population will drop fairly significantly within 3-6 months and then level off. Especially opening a lot more servers to accommodate that “New Car Smell”, it will run off and for this type of mmo, having dead servers is a lot worse than on the other mmos.
They need to at the very least unlock these servers now it’s making the Trading post system awkward with the fact there’s no one on my server under level 20. Also so many empty areas with no life to be seen cause it’s a low level area and theres friends I have waiting for the server to reopen. What are they waiting for? Now that the update has kicked everyone off the server and it’s harder to afk I haven’t seen any que times at all the servers should have been unlocked in response to that update. Now the game just feels dead and empty it’s demotivating me to play honestly. I joined the server i did so it wouldn’t feel like it does now it’s getting frustrating.
I agree, with the fact that tonight at 23:00 cest, all top 10 servers with queue we’re 9 unlocked servers, only one locked “Jotumheim”, not even Hades was locked, but persues had a queue 200, Caelum queue 500 and go on.
Whats going wrong then? servers that are locked are without a queue and others that are unlocked got a queue?
Hopfully they see this and actually do something. I know people are losing motivation to keep going. I mean hell my company is even looking at transferring to a “more populated server” lmao we were having 1600 queues 4 days ago. Now it’s always med pop.
You people cried for 5 straight days about queues, now you are crying because the queues are gone. Nothing will ever be good enough for you people, just move on to your next forum and spam over there.

There are no queus because they OPENED all the servers because those like you cried every day for 5 days.
My server was High with queues and now sitting at medium. I feel except for really popular servers other are going to die in month or two and then we have to transfer off to popular servers. It’s bound to happen when hype dies down.
Yeah theres been no more queues on my server now, even at peak and its locked. Also there is lots of bots as well which stop real people making accounts. Bots and gold sellers are running wild, its nuts.
What is with these clown and their lies. They get called out for being on some weird, awkward pathetic crusade against a video game and throw a temper tantrum trying to discredit the person who made them look like a fool with lies.

We’ve watched the population fall with our own eyes. Even have had people go to different servers at this point due to it. If you think server transfers are gonna help good for you I hope they do.
