Cannot sell anything in the Trading Post, says Settlement Storage Full.

Cannot sell anything. My storage is not full and nither are my bags.

Happened after the patch today 10/18/2022.
I am pretty confident that the issue is the Territory Standing cards are not taken into account. My storage shows my correct amount of storage available however its not actually registering.
Also with the changes to the houses and towns. My house in Monarch bluffs, all the items were floating or in walls, etc. I was able to grab most of the items and place them again, however, some of the items are floating outside my home, cannot target them for any actions.
