server lag is making us fail our mutated dungeon runs are we going to be compensated for this. you time gate us on what we can do and now we cant even complete these mutated dungeons because of wild server lag ive been kicked from 3 runs and failed 3 due to server lag something needs to be done @Luxendra ive attached a video to show how bad it is Laz Lag

yer its a real problem and they really need to compensate people for all the lost runs

Happened to me and my guild mates a couple times now too… And always when doing a miniboss or normal bosses like cilla which all resulted in team wipes or more than a lot respawns…

It’s completely tilting knowing that in the last patch the server crashes were addressed and now I experience more server lags/crashes than before the patch. Actual I never had a crash before the patch…

It’s just no fun to run the expedition til the end knowing that a server lag/crash completely f**ed the run and something needs to be done fast about the servers looking forward to the next mutations next week in garden or dynasty!!

Server crashes, and hiccups causing lost orbs is just one more reason the gating is bad.

Yea this is bad. Was in two runs today that would have been gold but lag, then also disconnect at last boss caused us to wipe which dropped us to silver.

Same thing here. I have had at least 4 mutations that would have been gold get dropped to silver or bronze because the entire group went linkdead mid fight on the final boss.

Even had one lag everyone out as we activated the final boss in Lazarus, came back to 4 dead people and the healer alive so we had to finish the wipe.

Submitted another ticket, the people from my group actually got their Mutated orbs back, I have heard nothing from AGS and still have not been compensated for my mutation orbs lost due to lag and/or latency issues.
